If you and your friends love to golf, a great way to enjoy the sport best is by taking a golf holiday tour.  With prestigious golf courses around the world, you could choose the one you want to play and then plan a special trip or if you prefer, you could golf at some of the nearby elite courses in your area.  For instance, in the United States, Arizona, Florida, North Carolina, and California are known for boasting some of the finest golf courses and resorts in the country.

However, if you prefer traveling abroad, then Scotland, Spain, or Portugal are considered top destinations.  Take Scotland as a prime example.  The golf courses are beautifully designed, providing excellent play.  The groundskeepers work hard to keep the grounds in perfect condition and the grass green.  In addition to pristine courses, Scotland is also known for incredible accommodations in castles and historical resorts.

Still, though, the Griffith Park Golf Course, with two 18-hole courses set within the glorious park setting, is a challenge even to intermediate golfers because of the park’s layout.
