Finca Cortesin Golf Course Costa del Sol

Finca Cortesin is a challenging course in the Costa de Sol Region of Spain. It is a beautiful course to play and be challenged as well as to be immersed in the local scenery. Cabel Robinson has designed a course among the olive, pine and cork tree landscape.

Finca Cortesin is one of the longest courses in Spain and you will enjoy a buugy. Spain in fortunate to have some of the premium golf courses and clubs comparable to anywhere around the world and Finca Cortesin Golf Club is also one of them. The country has also produced great golfers like Sergio Garcia and Seve Balasteros. The white tees on the course are formidable, but you can manage from the yellow even if you have a high handicap. This 18 hole course which plays to the par of 72 requires a buggy as some walks between the tee and the green are very long as well as grueling.

Stand Golf Bags To Save Your Back and Clubs

Stand golf bags have retractable legs, normally in the form of a tripod, which actuate when the golf bag is set down, and allow the bad to stand up at an angle. This allows the bag and clubs to be more easily accessible than if they were lying on the round. It also keeps the bag and your clubs clean and dry in wet or muddy conditions.

If you carry the bag around the course with you, rather than use a buggy or golf cart, then you should consider one of the many designs of stand golf bags which are available. Without the stand, you would have to drop your bag onto the ground and rummage around in the bag to find your selection of club, You would also have to hunt around for the pocket containing your tees and spare golf balls.

Buying A Golf Cart

There was a time when using a motorized golf cart was something of a luxury. Most players back then used either their shoulders to carry their clubs or a three-wheeled buggy looking thing that you pulled behind you. Ah, those were the days.

In most places it's not like that anymore. Golf carts are fairly common and almost the norm. You rarely see people walking the course, which, in a way, seems sad to me. I've played courses in the last few years that more resembled bumper car games at the circus than a golf course. But there is something to be said for them. Over the years golf has become a very popular game and the average course has far more players today than it did ten years ago. With that many more players on the course, the golf cart has certainly helped in moving play along, resulting in less wait time on the tee.

In general there are two ways to have a golf cart at your disposal.
