Can you imagine how much money you’d save, not to mention your sanity, if you could locate those golf balls that are sent spinning into out of bounds areas whenever you hit the links?
Lost golf ball finders are now routinely used on the course by newcomers and veteran golfers who don’t want to spend hundreds of dollars a month replacing balls that were sent spiraling off into no-man’s land.
Sometimes a golf ball can be right in front of your nose and you just can’t see it. It might be hiding under a leaf or blocked by your view because of a rock or tree. They’re small enough that they get lost all over the course, and a lost golf ball locator can often be your best friend.
How does a lost golf ball finder work? It’s simple technology using a transmitter that finds the ball’s code using receivers. When the receiver gets the signals from the ball, it shows you where the gadgets calculates your ball to be and then you can go and locate it easily and quickly.

What's not to like about taking a golf vacation? You get to wake up every morning right next to a golf course and you get to go hit a round of 9 before breakfast or 18 after, if you so choose. The course is beautiful, your score is low, the food and drink are superb, and the company you keep is of your choosing. The only thing that could make it better is not paying too much.
Cheap golf vacation makes for an excellent time, but there are a few things to consider before you grab your sticks and toothbrush and go.

You are about to learn the most efficient way to set yourself up to playing the best short iron shot possible. The key is choosing the right path. Yes, the right path will allow you to go crazy with your iron shots with better accuracy.
The correct path to the green is the one that has the least amount of obstacles between you and the green. It should also present a decent angle toward the green for the next shot. And if you do not have both of these things in hand, then you need to reconsider the iron shot you have in mind.

Manufacturers have experimented with club designs for many years, enlarging the sweet spot and introducing perimeter weighting designed to lessen the twisting at impact and give the golfer more opportunity to hit from the center sweet spot.
For the most part these innovations have been reached through trial and error, using computer aided design systems. A dimensional diagram of different golf club design models does describe exactly how the club head rotates through impact and where the center of gravity is as the ball and club head meet.

Wouldn't it be nice if every sand shot was as easy as the golf books and videos tell you it is? But as you know, there are so many little factors that come into play that you need to work around.
Check out the following list of things to consider when playing from the sand bunker:
1) Light-colored sand tends to be lighter in weight and texture, and dry out quicker when it gets wet. Darker sand tends to be heavier (swing harder) and hold moisture more (swing easier). How is that for confusing? You have to make a determination if the dark sand is wet. Which quality will dominate? My Answer: Probably the wetness.

Finca Cortesin is a challenging course in the Costa de Sol Region of Spain. It is a beautiful course to play and be challenged as well as to be immersed in the local scenery. Cabel Robinson has designed a course among the olive, pine and cork tree landscape.
Finca Cortesin is one of the longest courses in Spain and you will enjoy a buugy. Spain in fortunate to have some of the premium golf courses and clubs comparable to anywhere around the world and Finca Cortesin Golf Club is also one of them. The country has also produced great golfers like Sergio Garcia and Seve Balasteros. The white tees on the course are formidable, but you can manage from the yellow even if you have a high handicap. This 18 hole course which plays to the par of 72 requires a buggy as some walks between the tee and the green are very long as well as grueling.

Do you want to improve your golf game? Are you considering spending $500 to $1,000 on new golf clubs? Of course the golf retail industry focuses on equipment. That is only natural but it is not necessarily the best way to improve your golf game. A better reality is that golf instruction, golf swing fundamentals and specific focused lessons will bring substantially better results than equipment alone.
If one wants to play better golf, you will be far better served by investing in yourself, rather than new golf clubs! The cliché says "it is the shooter making the mistake, not the gun" Believe it!

There used to be a disparity between men's professional sports and women's professional sports. The major disparity was in the cash prizes for women's professional sports. It used to be that the prize money difference was more than half of what men used to get, then what women were receiving. This rebellion against such differences was done in the field of tennis, with the ringleaders being Billie Jean King and Rosie Casals who in 1973 organized what is now the Women's Tennis Association. By getting majority of the women tennis players on board, eventually, the prize money was increased to more acceptable levels and just recently, in the last ten years or so, this disparity has slowly disappeared. Now, in the major grand slam events, equal prize money is given to the men and women's singles tournament competition. This parity now has some form of criticism as in the major grand slam tournaments like the Australian Open, The French Open, Wimbledon and the US Open, men have to play the best five set matches, while women only have to play best of three matches. While silently, there may be mutterings of the tournament format, the importance of having same cash prizes for both men and women events is that it puts a premium and prestige for all the hard work and practice hours women sports professionals undertake as well. After all, they do the same amount of work and practice, if not more as men do.
